Our parties happen in magical places, many of which were on the cusp of being forgotten and in need of some new energy.
A non-profit organization
What we do
We believe parties are a key component of a thriving society. What makes Franklin County a special place to live also presents unique challenges to the food, beverage and entertainment industries here. Populations are sparse, distances are vast and a complex of economic declines have created a situation where the traditional templates of the restaurant business fall short. Changing behaviors around alcohol consumption (a major source of revenue at restaurants) and the COVID-19 pandemic have decimated the availability of quality prepared foods in a public setting. It’s a hard cycle to break: starting and sustaining a functioning restaurant business is becoming increasingly harder while the chances of success become more remote.
We cultivate the culinary arts through a continuous series of pop-up events in locations throughout Franklin County which highlight and curate exemplary food and beverages while bringing the community together in an entertaining environment. We handle the bulk of the logistics behind the events, including permitting, commerce, provision of ingredients, supply of equipment, ancillary labor and prep spaces, allowing our culinary artists to focus on their craft and feeding our guests.
