Chris Hinkle

Chris has lots of ideas. After moving to Franklin County during the pandemic, he quickly found that his experience working in the Silicon Valley tech startup scene could have new meaning in Western Massachusetts. Less “there’s an app for that” and more finding out what works and what doesn’t by trying things out with continuous experimentation and iteration. In the summer 2024 he brought some DJs and turntables to a brewery and created a party. Food vendors, typically operating outside the brewery, were forced to shutter in the winter. After hearing about an underutilized kitchen space at a nearby Polish-American social club, he moved the party, and the food vendors indoors to great effect. That party evolved into an obsession with seeking out and activating underutilized kitchen spaces and venues, and creating the spaces and opportunities for culinary talent to thrive.
